Starboard, UHMW Polyethylene, acrylic (Plexiglas) and polycarbonate (Lexan) is available in a variety of colors and thickness. Since we are a custom fabricator, we have the capability to custom fabricate hatch covers, boat windows and equipment covers to your specifications.

King Starboard – Marine Grade Polymer

Marine grade polymer sheet has a matte texture surface for all watercraft accessories. Will not rot, swell or delaminate when exposed to humidity or moisture. UV stabilized and durable to handle heavy traffic. Commonly used for cabinets, countertops, doors, windows, trim and molding.

UHMW – Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene

Abrasion & stain resistant, easy to machine and very durable. Smooth on both sides.

ABS – General Purpose

Haircell one side and smooth on the other side. Commonly used for computer housing, equipment covers, and building components.

Acrylic Sheet (Plexiglas)

Light weight and shatter resistant. Commonly used for boat windows, windshields, and hatch covers.

Polycarbonate Sheet (Lexan)

Light weight and impact resistant polycarbonate. Commonly used for boat windows, doors, panels, and hatch covers.

MR-10 & CM-2 Polycarbonate Sheet

Coated polycarbonate, abrasion resistance.
